Appropriation Application (NGOs)
Caddo Parish is beginning the process of developing our annual Operating and Capital Improvement Budget. If your organization wishes to request funds in 2022, please forward your request to our office by Thursday, July 1, 2021. The application includes Application Guidelines that must be followed when submitting a request for an appropriation. Please review the application carefully to ensure you understand all requirements so that your application may be completed accurately and timely.
Applications may be completed via the preferred method of DocuSign (click here) or via paper application (click here). When using the DocuSign form, you may save your progress and continue the application at a later time by clicking on the "Other Actions" dropdown in the top right corner and select “Finish Later”. Paper applications and all required forms must be submitted to the address listed below. All applications must be completed in their entirety and received by July 1st.

The proposed budget will be submitted to the Caddo Parish Commission on Thursday, October 21, 2021. A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held Thursday, November 18, 2021. We expect final adoption at a special meeting on Friday, December 3, 2021.
Please understand that the guidelines included with the application set forth our Administrative Procedure in order for your request to be considered. Further, we would like to make known to you that the Parish’s overall financial condition will be considered when examining funding allocations. Approval by the Commission is required and indicated when the request is included in the final adopted 2022 Budget.
