Employees of the Parish of Caddo made a formal presentation of hundreds of collected toys to the United States Marines for the culmination of the Parish’s Toys for Tots campaign. The presentation took place on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 10:00am in the lobby of Government Plaza.

“Christmas is a wonderful time of year at the Parish of Caddo,” Parish Administrator Dr. Woody Wilson said. “We are happy to support the Toys for Tots campaign and partner with the United States Marines to provide a great holiday season for children in need.”

Parish staff collected hundreds of toys, bikes and other items for the annual event and volunteered to assemble any bikes or large toys donated to the drive.

In addition to donations, the Parish’s Employee Council raised funds by hosting several fundraisers throughout the year. This year’s presentation marks over fifteen years of the Parish’s commitment to the Toys for Tots program.
