The Parish of Caddo continues to have strong representation in leadership with the Police Jury Association of Louisiana.  Commissioner Stormy Gage-Watts was recently elected as the 2022 President of the Louisiana Police Jury Black Caucus Association. She previously served as President for 2019-2020. 

She replaces outgoing President Lyndon B. Johnson, who served as 2020-2021 President, and becomes the Immediate Past President. Their roles became official at this year's annual PJAL Statewide Conference in Lake Charles, LA.
