LIMITED TRAILS REOPENED TO PUBLIC AT EDDIE D. JONES PARK
Caddo Parish, LA - Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation has reopened 80 percent of walking, bike and horse trails at Eddie D. Jones Park (8400 Mike Clark Rd, Keithville, LA).
Trails were closed to the general public this summer due to storm damage in June that left hundreds of downed trees throughout across Parish parks, forcing the closure of the park.
Some trail areas of the park still have limited access, which are clearly identified and marked. The Parish asks park users to obey all barricades and signage. The remainder of the tree/debris removal is slated to be completed by the end of November, pending weather conditions.
