Minimum
Qualifications for Consideration of Employment
- Citizen of United States or possess a visa permit which
allows employment
- Must be over the age of 18 unless hired
through the summer youth / student worker program
- High
School diploma if required by position
- Valid drivers
license if required by the position
Selection Process
Several steps are involved in the selection process. You
may expect the process to take several weeks. Successful
completion of all steps involved does not guarantee that
you will be employed. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right
to discontinue the process at any time without notification
to the applicant as the reason why. The steps in the process
are as follows:

- Meet required qualifications
for specific position
- Skills tests
- Interviews
- Substance Abuse Screen
- Medical Examination (if necessary
to determine physical ability to perform essential functions
of position)
