Vivian Industrial Park
(Located in the
City of Vivian off LA Highway 1)
Three major motor freight carriers serve The Gateway Region,
in addition to the numerous break bulk facilities for motor
freight companies in nearby Shreveport. Vivian is served
by a local airport and nearby Shreveport Regional Airport,
to provide excellent air travel and air freight services.
Rail service through the region is provided by Kansas City
Southern Railway. Water transportation is available at the
Port of Shreveport-Bossier

Ward Two Industrial Park
(Located off LA Highway 1 between Vivian and

U.S. Highway 71 and LA Highway 1. The north-south interstate
I-49 extension, now under development, will run from
I-10 in southern Louisiana to Kansas City, MO.

North Shreveport Industrial Park
